Refund Policy

All sales are final

LastEdit is an installable skill delivered instantly. The moment you pay, you receive your personal copy of the skill files and the training course. There is nothing to send back: once you have downloaded them, you keep them. That is why we do not offer refunds, credits or exchanges once access has been delivered, including if you change your mind or do not use it.

Know exactly what you buy

Before you buy, read what the product does, the formats it covers, what each plan includes and what you need to run it: an AI agent such as Claude Code and your own AI subscription. All of it is on lastedit.io and in the FAQ. Animations on the site are illustrative mockups, not recordings of the product’s output. If anything is unclear, email us before you buy and we will answer.

What is not covered

LastEdit runs on AI models and services you access through your own accounts, such as Claude. Their output, usage limits, token costs, pricing, availability and changes are decided by their providers, not by us, and are not grounds for a refund. The same goes for results such as views, subscribers or sales, which we do not guarantee.

What we will always do

• Delivery problems: if you paid and did not receive access, we will deliver it or refund you in full.
• Duplicate charges: if you were charged twice for the same purchase, we refund the duplicate.
• Setup help: if you are stuck installing it, email us and we will help you get it running.
• Your legal rights: nothing in this policy limits a refund right that the law of your place of residence gives you and that cannot be waived.

Payment provider

Payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record. Any approved refund is issued by Creem to your original payment method. Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank so we can resolve it quickly. A refund or chargeback ends the license for that purchase.
